Jean Reid (Intermediate/Advanced)

Jean has been involved with Pofahl Studios since the 60’s.  A member of Gainesville Civic Ballet     ( pre Dance Alive) AND UF gymnastics team, she taught acrobatics for  Pofahl’s for a long time.  Ms. Reid has her BA.Ed in Early Childhood, MEd & Phd in Educational Psychology.  She has extensive experience teaching young children and college students in academic institutions and in working with older children and adults in a variety of settings. Along with school settings, she has worked with children in church settings, a dance studio, after school programs and a recreational department program.  In her spare time, she builds houses for Habitat has sung in Carmen and Music Man!
